Community TiesWith the addition of the Helios Greenhouse on Pomfret Schools campus, we can provide a continuous supply of fresh organic food for students. However, we understand that we cannot satisfy the masses. This is why we will allow students and supporters to grow their own plants in the extra space of the greenhouse. This way, students can grow the food of their choice year round, giving a better sense of home in those who reside at Pomfret.
Giving Helios supporters the same benefits and privileges as students means our "community greenhouse" will help students form strong bonds with those who helped make their educational experience possible. |
